Who operates LifeAtlas?

LifeAtlas is a product operated by Scalablegrowth LLC, a United States limited liability company. Scalablegrowth LLC is the merchant of record for every payment. You can reach us any time at hello@lifeatlas.me.

What exactly am I buying?

A one-time Trip World unlock compiles one journey into an interactive, shareable world you can revisit in your browser. Premium Video Export is an optional one-time add-on that renders a downloadable video of that world. Both are digital products — there is no subscription.

How is it delivered?

Everything is digital. After purchase you receive access to your hosted world straight away. Video exports are produced as a render job and delivered as a downloadable file when rendering completes, with an email when it is ready.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are reviewed, and a completed Premium Video Export may be non-refundable once the render has been delivered. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

What happens to my photos and trip details?

Your trip material is used only to create, deliver, improve, and support your world — it is never sold as advertising data. You can request deletion any time. See our Privacy Policy.
