Refund Policy

LifeAtlas is operated by Scalablegrowth LLC. We want you to be happy with your world. This policy explains when refunds are available for our digital products.

Trip World

If something went wrong with your Trip World purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We review each request and, where the world could not be delivered or did not work as described, we will issue a refund.

Premium Video Export

Premium Video Export is a custom render produced specifically for your world. Before the render is delivered, you may cancel for a full refund. Once the finished video has been delivered, the export is generally non-refundable, because it is a completed custom digital good — except where required by law or where the delivered file is defective, in which case we will re-render it or refund it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@lifeatlas.me with the email address used for the order and the purchase date. The more detail you can share about the problem, the faster we can help.

How refunds are processed

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

If something isn’t right

If your world is broken, incomplete, or not what was described, contact us first — in most cases we can fix it or make it right quickly. Please reach out to us before opening a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue directly.
