Terms of Service

1. Who we are

LifeAtlas (“LifeAtlas”, the “Service”) is a product owned and operated by Scalablegrowth LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States (“Scalablegrowth LLC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). You can contact us at hello@lifeatlas.me.

2. Agreement to these terms

By accessing LifeAtlas, creating a world, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. The Service

LifeAtlas compiles the places, routes, dates, and photos from a journey you provide into an interactive digital “world” that you can view in a web browser, share through a hosted link, and optionally export as a rendered video. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

5. Purchases and payments

• Trip World — a one-time purchase that compiles one journey into an interactive, shareable world.
• Premium Video Export — an optional one-time add-on that renders a downloadable video of a world.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change over time; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase. You may be responsible for applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, on behalf of Scalablegrowth LLC, which is the merchant of record. We do not store full payment card numbers.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your content and rights

You keep ownership of the trip details, text, and photos you provide (“Your Content”). You represent that you have the rights needed to upload Your Content and to let us process it to deliver the Service. You grant Scalablegrowth LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to create, deliver, improve, and support your world. You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content; to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or to copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

9. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, the world-generation engine, designs, and the “LifeAtlas” name and logo — is owned by Scalablegrowth LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. Your Content remains yours.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid features, but the Service is provided on an ongoing, evolving basis.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated worlds will meet every expectation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalablegrowth LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the purchase giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if required to protect the Service or comply with law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
