1. Information we collect
- Information you give us — your email address, and the trip details you provide: place names, dates, notes, routes, and any photos you upload to create a world.
- Payment information — when you buy, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits and the result of the charge). We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Usage information — basic technical data such as device and browser type and pages viewed, used to operate and improve the Service.
- Cookies — we use only the cookies needed to run the site and understand aggregate usage.
2. How we use information
- To create, deliver, host, and support the worlds you generate.
- To process payments and send purchase confirmations and service emails.
- To improve the quality, reliability, and safety of the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.
3. Your trip content and photos
Trip details and photos you upload are used only to create, deliver, improve, and support your world. We do not sell your trip material, and we do not use private trip content to build advertising profiles. You can ask us to delete your content at any time.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as our payment provider. Stripe’s handling of your payment data is governed by its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run LifeAtlas — for example hosting, video rendering, email delivery, and payment processing — and only as needed to provide the Service.
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
- A successor, if Scalablegrowth LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@lifeatlas.me.

LifeAtlas is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International users
Scalablegrowth LLC is based in the United States, and your information may be processed there. By using the Service you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
